An open offer to every exchange that publishes proof of reserves

A free year of Proof of Quantum Solvency for any exchange that publishes its reserve addresses and a key policy.

After 2022 the industry asked every exchange one question: do the coins exist? Proof of Reserves answered it, and within two years it was standard. We are asking the next one: will the coins still be your customers' once a quantum computer can recover a private key from a public one?

On a blockchain there is no key rotation and no revocation. Every public key already revealed on-chain is a permanent target and cannot be un-revealed. A hot wallet has to spend, so some exposure is structural for any exchange. The question is not whether keys get revealed; it is whether balances are swept to fresh keys or left to accumulate behind one revealed key. That is a policy, and a policy can be checked.

We already score reserves from the address sets exchanges publish for proof of reserves, read against public chain data, and we publish the result with the method, the source file and the date. Nothing is inferred from third-party wallet labels. Where an exchange has published a policy, we check it and sign the result with ML-DSA-65, the post-quantum signature standard, so anyone can verify the attestation without trusting us or the exchange.

The offer: any exchange that publishes its reserve addresses and a stated key policy receives Proof of Quantum Solvency free for one year: a signed attestation on a schedule, a live badge, and a place on the index with the policy shown as holding. There is nothing to install and nothing to give us; we read what you have already published.

We would rather every exchange on the index sat at the top. Reply to hello@latticescan.com, or simply publish the policy; we will find it.
