LatticeScan

Terms of use

Last updated 14 July 2026

By using LatticeScan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

LatticeScaninspects only information that is already public about a domain: certificates published to Certificate Transparency logs and the TLS handshake any web browser performs. It does not access private systems, use credentials, or attempt to breach anything. It is the same kind of observation a visitor's browser makes.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Grades and reports are for general information only. They are not a certification, a guarantee of security, or professional advice, and you should not rely on them as your only assessment. Cryptography and the systems around it change; a report reflects what we observed at the time of the scan.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LatticeScan is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its results.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to disrupt it or others, to get around rate limits, or for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit, refuse, or remove access at any time to keep the service running.
